Prior to starting Sheena Carol Productions in June of 2022, I worked as Director of Marketing for a boutique financial management firm that managed over $4.5 Billion in client assets, from their start in the spring of 2019. I spent majority of my career in a variety of different roles in the financial world, starting as a fully registered financial advisor at UBS Financial Services in 2008. In 2009 I moved to Morgan Stanley to continue financial advising by starting The Busch Group along with my father and brother. I always had a deep desire to implement creativity and corporate leadership into my career, which lead me to receive my managerial licenses and began working within a branch management team at Morgan Stanley. The first week in that role, I proposed a video project for our upcoming support staff appreciation week that I did from scratch on top of my daily duties. It was in that role that I was approached to apply for a promotion as the Regional Analyst role for the Central Region, consisting of approximately 3,000 client advisors and service staff managing over $30 billion assets across 14 states.

I was born the oldest of 3 children, one brother and one sister, in Austin, Texas. When I was four years old my family moved to Cedar Park, a suburb just north of Austin, where I attended elementary through high school. After graduating from Cedar Park High School, I attended Abilene Christian University where I received my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. It was there so much of the groundwork for Sheena Carol Productions was laid. Right off the bat, I sat a record in my Intro to Business entrepreneurship project freshman year for the most funds awarded by a local Abilene bank as a startup loan and the highest profit margin at completion. All because I convinced the 5 guys in my group to do a "Men of ACU" calendar. Being the only girl, I not only fully scheduled the models (upperclassman) and designed each shoot but being a Christian school that didn't allow opposite sex in the dorms, I was the exclusive salesperson in the girls' dorms. Until the sudden death of my professor a few years ago, he still used our group as an example to his incoming freshman. As Social and Rush Director for my sorority, I learned in real-time the importance of using my creativity, resources and personality to create experiences and events that drove recruitment of new members, fun for current members, as well as showcasing our club to the outside...aka Marketing.
