This packages includes: - One hour of film time in your home, or requested location, with your family. - 2 to 3 minute family film set to music - All post production editing. - Electronic delivery of your film prior to Christmas
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: You must cancel up to 72 hours before scheduled time slot to receive a full refund. You will receive a 50% refund if canceling between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot. If you cancel less than 24 hours until your scheduled time slot, the TOTAL AMOUNT IS NONREFUNDABLE. Reschedules: You may reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot.
